1. Общие положения

Настоящая Политика описывает, как мобильное и веб-приложение To-Do Dao («Приложение»), разработанное частным разработчиком Sansey, обрабатывает данные пользователей.

Мы придерживаемся принципа минимизации данных.

2. Архитектура Local-First и хранение данных

• Все задачи, категории, теги, статусы выполнения, заметки и вложения записываются в локальную базу SQLite на вашем устройстве.
• Для задач, заметок и напоминаний регистрация не нужна.
• Приложение работает без интернета (офлайн).

3. Вход в Google, Google Drive и синхронизация

Синхронизация необязательна и использует ваш аккаунт Google Drive.

• Доступ к Drive ограничен областью drive.file. Приложение видит только файлы и папки, которые создало само, и файлы, которые вы открыли через него. Другие файлы на вашем Диске оно не читает.
• Что синхронизируется. Задачи, заметки, чек-листы, контакты, вложения и голосовые записи.
• Прямая передача. Синхронизация идёт напрямую между вашим устройством и Google Drive по HTTPS. Разработчик не получает содержимое ваших данных. Токен доступа Google для синхронизации остаётся на вашем устройстве; на сервере хранится только зашифрованный токен обновления для веб-версии (см. ниже).
• Соответствие правилам Google. Использование информации, полученной через API Google, соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

4. Аккаунт, подписка и покупки

Бесплатно: задачи, заметки, синхронизация и вход в любое число аккаунтов Google. Вложения без подписки: до 3 на аккаунт Google. Без входа в Google лимит считается на устройстве.

• Подписка To-Do Dao Pro снимает лимит вложений. Оформляется через Google Play. Оплату обрабатывает Google, данные банковской карты разработчик не получает.
• На сервере (сервис Cloudflare) хранятся: идентификатор аккаунта Google, адрес почты, токен покупки Google Play, выбранный план, срок действия подписки и дата начала пробного периода. Это нужно, чтобы проверять подписку и применять лимит вложений.
• Сессия входа в Google Drive на сервере. Сервер хранит адрес почты, срок действия сессии и токен обновления Google в зашифрованном виде; ключ шифрования тоже хранится на сервере. Удаляется сразу кнопкой «Удалить все мои данные» (раздел 10).
• Напоминания в браузере (только веб-версия). Для уведомлений Web Push на сервер передаются адрес подписки браузера, расписание напоминаний (время, повтор, состояние) и журнал отправок. Заголовок и текст напоминания уходят на сервер только в режимах уведомлений, которые показывают их, и выбираете вы. По умолчанию текст не передаётся.
• Пробный период задаёт и ведёт Google Play. Приложение своего пробного периода не считает.

5. Системные разрешения Android

• Уведомления (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): для напоминаний о задачах.
• Точные будильники (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM): чтобы напоминания срабатывали вовремя.
• Контакты (READ_CONTACTS), только по вашему запросу: если вы привязываете задачу к контакту или создаёте контакт в приложении. Сохраняются имя, телефон, электронная почта, адрес, день рождения и компания. Они синхронизируются вместе с задачами, только если вы включили синхронизацию, и попадают в ваш Google Drive. Разработчику они не передаются.
• Микрофон (RECORD_AUDIO), только по вашему запросу: для голосовых записей в заметках и вложениях и для диктовки текста. Записи сохраняются как вложения и синхронизируются вместе с ними, если включена синхронизация. Диктовку распознаёт системный сервис распознавания речи телефона; его правила задаёт производитель устройства или Google.
• Сеть (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): для синхронизации с Google Drive, покупок и фоновых push-уведомлений.
• Доступ к музыке и аудио (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, а до Android 13 READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE), по вашему выбору: приложение запрашивает его только тогда, когда телефон не даёт прочитать музыкальный файл, который вы сами выбрали для звука напоминания или для обрезки. Приложение не сканирует медиатеку и не читает музыку в фоне. Выбранный файл хранится на вашем устройстве. В облако он попадает только тогда, когда вы сами запускаете копирование. Разрешение можно отключить в настройках Android в любой момент.

6. Техническая информация

• Идентификатор установки приложения используется для синхронизации и работы подписки.
• Журнал доставки напоминаний хранится на устройстве и нужен, чтобы напоминания работали корректно.

7. Нет рекламы и сторонней аналитики

В To-Do Dao нет:

• рекламных сетей и сторонних маркетинговых SDK;
• скрытых трекеров поведения пользователей;
• механизмов монетизации персональных данных.

8. Кому передаются данные

• Google: Google Drive, вход в аккаунт и Google Play, в рамках этих сервисов.
• Cloudflare: сервер, где хранятся сведения о подписке.

Других получателей нет.

9. Срок хранения

• На устройстве: до удаления данных приложения или самого приложения.
• Покупки и вход в веб-версию на сервере: пока подписка действует. Если вы удалили данные кнопкой «Удалить все мои данные», они удаляются сразу. Если подписка закончилась и вы ничего не удаляли, запись удаляется через 30 дней после окончания срока.
• На Google Drive: пока вы сами не удалите данные.

10. Как удалить данные

• На устройстве: «Полный сброс приложения» на экране управления данными удаляет локальные данные и отключает Google Drive. Также можно очистить данные приложения в настройках Android или удалить приложение.
• На сервере: сведения о покупке и вход в веб-версию удаляются кнопкой «Удалить все мои данные». Если кнопки нет, почту и данные входа удаляем по запросу на masteryoda.s2025@gmail.com.
  • Удаление на сервере не отменяет подписку. Сначала отмените её в Google Play, иначе платежи продолжатся, а доступа к подписке не будет.
• В Google Drive: кнопка «Удалить данные из облака» на экране управления данными удаляет данные To-Do Dao из вашего Drive. Её же запускает «Удалить все мои данные».
• Доступ к аккаунту Google можно отозвать на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions.

11. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить копию данных, которые мы храним на сервере, их исправление или удаление. Отозвать доступ приложения к вашему аккаунту Google можно на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions. Для запросов пишите на masteryoda.s2025@gmail.com и укажите адрес Google-аккаунта, которым входили в веб-версию.

12. Дети

Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile and web application To-Do Dao ("the App"), developed by the independent developer Sansey, handles user data.

We follow the principle of data minimization.

2. Local-First architecture and data storage

• All tasks, categories, tags, completion status, notes and attachments are written to a local SQLite database on your device.
• Tasks, notes and reminders do not require registration.
• The App works offline.

3. Google sign-in, Google Drive and sync

Sync is optional and uses your Google Drive account.

• Drive access is limited to the drive.file scope. The App sees only files and folders it created itself, and files you open through it. It does not read other files on your Drive.
• What is synced. Tasks, notes, checklists, contacts, attachments and voice recordings.
• Direct transfer. Sync runs directly between your device and Google Drive over HTTPS. The developer does not receive the content of your data. Your Google access token for sync stays on your device; the server keeps only an encrypted refresh token for the web version (see below).
• Google policy compliance. Use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Account, subscription and purchases

Free: tasks, notes, sync, and sign-in with any number of Google accounts. Attachments without a subscription: up to 3 per Google account. Without signing in to Google, the limit is counted on the device.

• The To-Do Dao Pro subscription removes the attachment limit. It is bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment; the developer does not receive your card details.
• On our server (Cloudflare service) we store: your Google account identifier, email address, Google Play purchase token, chosen plan, subscription expiry date and the start date of the free trial. This is needed to check the subscription and apply the attachment limit.
• Google Drive sign-in session on the server. The server keeps your email address, the session expiry and an encrypted Google refresh token; the encryption key is also kept on the server. It is deleted at once by the button "Delete all my data" (section 10).
• Reminders in the browser (web version only). For Web Push notifications we store your browser's push subscription address, the reminder schedule (time, repeat, state) and a log of deliveries. The reminder title and text go to the server only in the notification privacy modes that show them, which you choose. By default no text is sent.
• The free trial is set and run by Google Play. The App does not keep its own trial period.

5. Android device permissions

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): for task reminders.
• Exact alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM): so that reminders fire on time.
• Contacts (READ_CONTACTS), only on request: if you link a task to a contact or create a contact in the App. The name, phone number, email address, postal address, birthday and company are saved. They are synced together with tasks only if you turn on sync, and they go to your Google Drive. They are not passed to the developer.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO), only on request: for voice recordings in notes and attachments and for dictating text. Recordings are saved as attachments and synced with them if sync is on. Speech is recognized by the phone's own speech recognition service; its rules are set by the device maker or Google.
• Network (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): for Google Drive sync, purchases and background push notifications.
• Access to music and audio (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE before Android 13), at your choice: the App asks for it only when the phone refuses to read a music file that you picked yourself for a reminder sound or for cutting. The App does not scan your media library and does not read music in the background. The chosen file is kept on your device. It goes to the cloud only when you start the copy yourself. You can turn the permission off in the Android settings at any time.

6. Technical information

• The installation identifier of the App is used for sync and for the subscription.
• The reminder delivery log is stored on your device and is needed for reminders to work correctly.

7. No advertising and no third-party analytics

To-Do Dao contains no:

• advertising networks or third-party marketing SDKs;
• hidden user tracking;
• ways of monetizing personal data.

8. Who receives the data

• Google: Google Drive, sign-in and Google Play, within these services.
• Cloudflare: the server where subscription records are stored.

There are no other recipients.

9. Retention

• On the device: until you delete the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Purchases and web sign-in on the server: while the subscription runs. If you delete the data with "Delete all my data", they are deleted at once. If the subscription has ended and you deleted nothing, the record is deleted 30 days after the period ends.
• On Google Drive: until you delete the data yourself.

10. How to delete your data

• On the device: "Full app reset" on the data management screen deletes local data and disconnects Google Drive. You can also clear the App's data in Android settings or uninstall the App.
• On the server: purchase records and web sign-in are deleted by the button "Delete all my data". If there is no button, email and sign-in data on request to masteryoda.s2025@gmail.com.
  • Deleting data on the server does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first, otherwise charges continue and you have no access to the subscription.
• On Google Drive: the "Delete data from the cloud" button on the data management screen deletes To-Do Dao data from your Drive. "Delete all my data" runs it too.
• Access to your Google account can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

11. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we keep on our server, its correction or its deletion. You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For requests, write to masteryoda.s2025@gmail.com and give the Google account address you used to sign in to the web version.

12. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
